After downloading the app to your mobile device, set up your game profile. The profile allows you to control you balance, add and withdraw funds, and view your past game history.
Now you are ready to play! There are three ways to start the action. Browse existing game rooms to find a public game, use a game code to join a private game room, or create your own room to custom the fun.
After you choose your game room, you will automatically join the lobby. Here, you will be able to see the game start time, buy-in, number of innings each player agrees to play, and the potential payout settings, which allow players to see the highest possible payout a particular at-bat could yield. If you created the game yourself, it's up to you to customize these settings!
Once the MLB game starts, the action begins. Each participant has a turn as MLB players bat during a live baseball game. Participants either pay out or receive payment based on the results of the at bat but with the ongoing ability to “sell” the rights to the at-bat at any time.
Max, Nick, Paulina, and Tim join a game room for the Dodger vs. Braves game. The game starts and each player is assigned a number in the batting order. Fast forward, it is Nick’s turn and Freddie Freeman is at bat with the bases loaded. Following are some possible Results and payouts:
Max, Paulina, and Tim can bid on Freeman. If the count goes to 0-2, Freeman’s market value diminishes. If the count is 3-0 his value escalates. Players can bid on Freeman throughout the at bat and all players see the bidding and have the opportunity to raise their bid creating an auction dynamic.
